How to play Bridge.
Click on the button of the problem you want to play in the table below. Then the problem window will open. The problem window is divided into a problem board and a control part.
On the board in question, a question cell with a number is placed on a virtual grid.
When dragging from a question cell in the up, down, left, or right direction, a bridge is created or removed from the next question cell in the up, down, left, or right direction. If you drag where there is nothing, one bridge will be applied (one line will be drawn) If you drag again, it will be two, and if you drag further there will be no original bridge state. Drag with the right button to change in reverse order. It changes each time you drag one cell, so if you drag between two cells, the behavior is the same as dragging twice.
If you click (tap) on the side of the problem cell (bridge pier), it will become a X in the note prohibiting the bridge, and if you click again, it will be empty. The × mark is not saved in the history because it is a memo, it can not be undone, redo, and it is not reproduced when you continue the same problem after quit.
Click (tap) the arrow of control part to move the cursor in the direction of the arrow.
If you drag from the button at the center of the arrow of the control unit to the arrow cell, a bridge from the cell with the cursor on the board to the problem cell in the direction of the arrow will be bridged. Same as dragging on the board. By clicking around the square in the center of the control unit, you can put a memo × mark on the cell where the cursor on the board is. Drag with the right button to change in reverse order.
It is good to use when the display box on the board is small and it is difficult to input. It is usually more comfortable to input on the board.
If you press the undo button, you can reverse the steps up to that point one by one, but when you move the cursor, it cannot be reproduced because it is not recorded.
Press the redo button to return to the state before undo.
When the try button is pressed, the mode becomes the try mode and the area around the try button becomes orange. It is effective to put a bridge on a trial and check what happens.
During try mode, only the procedure entered during try mode can be undoed and redoed.
If you press the try button during try mode, You can select whether to return to the state before try mode and continue in normal mode, or to continue with the procedure entered in try mode as normal mode input.
Input in try mode is distinguished by orange input.
Press the check button to check if the answer is correct. If program find a mistake in one of the important items and find a mistake, program will not look beyond that. After correcting the answer, press the check button again to check. If the answer is correct, you will return to the puzzle selection screen. If program confirm the answer, the steps up to that point will be discarded.
Press and hold the check button to display the correct answer.
By pressing the setting button of the gear mark, you can set the language, screen color, size of the control part, etc.
If you set the full bridges, the piers with the specified number of bridges will be displayed in different colors.
Pressing the small i information button will display information on the current problem.
Click the +/- button on the control part to increase / decrease the size of the problem cell.
When the number of cells is large or the size of cell is too large, it protrudes from the board of the problem, some will not be displayed. You can move the displayed part by dragging on the scroll pad.
You can start over by pressing the retry button.
Press the quit button to exit. At this time, the history of the procedure up to that point is saved.
